Beat the Heat Rain #7
Another race completed in the AMX "Beat the Heat" series. Team Jesus Racing only had 2 racers competing at Verde Valley Motoplex in Cottonwood, AZ this Saturday night. It was a good night. It looked like the race could have gotten rained out at any time, or shut down by lightning, but the weather held out for a great night of racing. Props to Pynne and Kenny for having a great track and well run racing.
Carrie Anne Killebrew put in 2 great motos on her KTM 50. Carrie Anne looks to be improving every time she gets on the bike. Look out boys, Carrie Anne is out to get you!
In the 125 and 250 pro class, Ryan Mortensen was representing Team Jesus Racing. Ryan went 2-3 for 3rd overall in the 125 class, and in the 250 class he went 3-1. Ryan was super stoked for his moto 2 win! In moto 2 of the 250 Pro, Mortensen and Kody Koger had battle that kept the crowd on their feet, until Koger went into a corner a little too hot and went off the track.
